Your mail, kept in step

  • NewTwo-way sync: reading, starring, archiving and deleting in Foyerbox happens at Gmail, Outlook, iCloud and every IMAP provider too, and changes you make on your phone show up here.
  • NewLive mail: addresses that support push get new mail within seconds instead of on a timer.
  • NewConversations: replies are grouped with the messages they answer, including mail you sent from other apps.
  • NewAttachments: see every file in a message and download it with one click.
  • NewOlder mail: after the newest 150 messages, Foyerbox keeps downloading older mail in the background, up to 5,000 messages per address.
  • NewDelete with undo. Deleted mail goes to your provider's Trash.

Adding addresses

  • NewType an address and Foyerbox finds the provider and its settings, including your own domain on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho, iCloud and common hosts, then shows the steps for that provider with buttons that open the right pages.
  • NewClear messages when something goes wrong: a refused password, a server that can't be reached, a domain that only forwards mail.

Writing

  • NewFormatting, attachments up to 25 MB, Cc and Bcc, reply all and forward with the original attachments.
  • NewAddress suggestions, signatures that follow the From address, and drafts that save themselves.
  • NewUndo send, send later, follow-up reminders when nobody replies, and templates.

Reading

  • NewSummaries you can act on: the gist, key points, a to-do list with dates to add to your calendar, amounts, and quick replies. They cover whole conversations.
  • NewSnooze a message until a better time; it comes back to the top of your inbox.
  • NewSearch filters: from:, to:, subject:, has:attachment, is:unread, before:, after: and in:.

Overview

  • Today: what came in, what needs you, codes, bills and patterns across every address, with the morning summary as a list you can act on.
  • Summaries for this week, this month or any single day in the last month, with optional AI prose.
  • Search everything, jump anywhere and run any command from ⌘K.

  • NewFoyerbox for Mac: one app that runs in the menu bar, with native notifications for codes, replies, security alerts and bills, and an option to open at login.
