Foyerbox Start free trial

Terms of use

The agreement between you and Foyerbox when you use Foyerbox, the website or Foyerbox Pro, in plain language.

Effective October 11, 2026

Who you're agreeing with

Foyerbox is published by EXOVIE APPLICATION PRIVATE LIMITED, a company registered in India (CIN U58202GJ2023PTC138997), with its registered office at Flat No. 301, Nyalkaran Apartment, 80 Ft. Road, behind Aryaland Residency, Rajkot, Gujarat 360005, India ("we"). You can reach us at kevin@exovie.app. By creating a Foyerbox account, using the website or buying Pro, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. You must be at least 16, and old enough where you live to make a purchase, to buy Pro.

What Foyerbox is

Foyerbox is an online service that connects to email accounts you own or are allowed to use. It keeps a copy of their mail to show it in one place, sort it, and help you act on it. Your mail also stays with your providers.

Your mail and your account

  • Your mail and everything you write stay yours. You let us store and process it only to provide Foyerbox to you, as the privacy policy describes.
  • You can export everything or delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleted data leaves our backups within 7 days.
  • Keep your Foyerbox password to yourself, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
  • If your trial ends or your subscription stops, your mail and settings stay so you can come back or export them. We may delete an account that has been unpaid and unused for 12 months, after emailing you first.

Your licence to use Foyerbox

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Foyerbox for yourself or your own work. Foyerbox has no free plan: after a 14-day free trial it needs an active Pro subscription. A Pro subscription is for one person.

You may not resell or sublicense Foyerbox, get around its limits or licence checks, overload or probe it, or reverse engineer it, except where the law allows you to (for example, to make it work with other software). Foyerbox includes open-source components, which are licensed to you under their own licences, listed in the app.

Using Foyerbox responsibly

  • Only connect accounts you own or are authorised to use, and follow your providers' terms.
  • Don't use Foyerbox to send spam, to break the law, to harass anyone, or to get into systems you aren't allowed to use.
  • Foyerbox acts on your instructions. If you archive, delete or send mail in Foyerbox, the same thing happens at your provider. Deleted mail goes to your provider's Trash, where your provider's rules decide how long it stays.

AI features

AI summaries, drafts and answers can be wrong or incomplete. Check anything important before you rely on it or send it. Foyerbox AI comes with Pro and has a monthly credit allowance; during the free trial it has a smaller allowance for the whole trial.

Paying for Pro

  • Price. Pro costs $9.99 a month or $99.99 a year (€9.99 or €99.99, £8.99 or £89.99, ₹299 or ₹2,999). Prices include any VAT, GST or sales tax, and checkout shows the exact amount in your currency before you pay.
  • Who sells it. Orders are processed by Paddle, which acts as the reseller and merchant of record and handles payment, invoices, sales tax and VAT. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to the purchase.
  • Free trial. Every new Foyerbox account starts with a 14-day free trial of everything. It needs no card and never turns into a paid plan by itself. One trial per person. When it ends, Foyerbox stops checking for new mail until you buy Pro; you can still export or delete your data at any time.
  • Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year, at the price you agreed to, until you cancel. Paddle charges the payment method you used.
  • Cancelling. Cancel online at any time on the cancel page or from the link in your receipt. It takes a few clicks, and you get an email confirming it. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
  • Reminders. For yearly plans, we email you at least 7 days before each renewal. Once a year we remind every subscriber what they're subscribed to and how to cancel.
  • Price changes. If the price changes, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you. It applies only from your next renewal after that, and you can cancel before then.

Refunds

  • 14-day money-back guarantee. If Foyerbox Pro isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and you get a full refund, wherever you live. No questions asked. A refunded licence stops working.
  • Yearly renewals. Forgot to cancel? Ask within 14 days of a yearly renewal and you get a full refund.
  • Monthly renewals aren't refunded. Cancel any time and you won't be charged again.
  • To ask for a refund, reply to your receipt email or use the link in it. Refunds go back to how you paid, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

Right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)

If you're a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Paddle gives you the details and a withdrawal form at checkout. Our money-back guarantee gives you at least the same: ask within 14 days and you get all of your money back, even if you've already used Pro.

Updates and keeping Foyerbox working

While your subscription lasts, we provide the updates, including security updates, needed to keep Foyerbox working as described. Mail providers change their systems from time to time, and we'll adapt as quickly as we reasonably can. If a change removes something you paid for, you can cancel and get a refund for the unused part of your subscription. We work to keep Foyerbox available all the time, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or by problems outside our control, and we don't promise any particular uptime.

Other companies' services

Foyerbox connects to services run by other companies, such as Google, Microsoft, Apple, OpenAI and the integrations you choose. We don't control them and aren't responsible for them, their availability or their changes. Their terms apply to your use of them.

Ownership

We own Foyerbox and its name, design and code, apart from open-source components and the content of your mail, which stays yours. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without owing you anything.

Our promise, and its limits

We work hard to make Foyerbox reliable, and it is tested against mail servers before each release. Even so, software can have bugs, and Foyerbox could miss, mis-sort or delay a message. Keep your providers' own apps available for anything critical.

If you're a consumer, you have legal rights when digital content or software isn't as described or doesn't work properly, and nothing in these terms limits them. Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, Foyerbox is provided "as is", without other promises.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses that weren't a foreseeable result of our breach, for loss of business or profits, or for loss of data you could have backed up. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for Foyerbox in the 12 months before it, or $50 if you haven't paid.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for gross negligence or deliberate misconduct, or any other liability that can't be limited by law.

If you use Foyerbox for business, you agree to compensate us for claims by others that arise from your breach of these terms.

Ending this agreement

You can stop at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account. We may suspend or end an account that is used in serious breach of these terms (for example to send spam or attack other systems), after telling you why and giving you a chance to fix it where that's possible, or straight away when that's needed to protect Foyerbox or other people.

Export rules

You may not use Foyerbox where the law forbids it, including in countries or by people subject to trade sanctions.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Rajkot, Gujarat have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in, and you can bring a claim in the courts there. Before going to court, please write to kevin@exovie.app: most problems are solved quickly that way.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app and by email at least 30 days before the change applies. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then and get a refund for any unused part of a yearly subscription.

General

If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms, the privacy policy and Paddle's buyer terms for your purchase are the whole agreement between us about Foyerbox. We may transfer this agreement to a company that takes over Foyerbox, and we'll tell you if we do; your rights won't be reduced.
